Cat food for bladder incontinence?

I'd like to know what this is.

His unique look also comes with some unique traits including a very bunny-esque hop/walk that gives him an irregular stride. Don't let him fool you though, he can seriously sprint! Because his spine is irregular (from not having a tail), he also has unique neurological status. Manx cats, Bugs included, can sometimes experience urinary leakage. To minimize that, we have him on an affordable and easy to administer food that helps him fully empty his bladder in the litter box.

I have no idea, unless maybe somebody has decreed that to be true of urinary food.
